The staff at Vilion Boutique Hotel Ben Thanh were really good too accommodate our needs. We arrived early and they were able to check us in ahead of schedule, ensuring that our tired toddler could get some rest. Their kindness and really good service really stood out. The location of the hotel was also great, with easy access to popular attractions and delicious eateries. The room itself was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed for a pleasant stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its friendly staff, convenient location, and comfortable rooms.

The hotel is conveniently located right across from the bustling markets, making it easy to explore and sample local cuisine. There are plenty of eateries nearby, offering delicious dishes like bun rieu cua, cha gio, and bun cha. The room is clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and nice flower decorations. The staff are friendly and approachable, always wearing a smile. The hotel also provides amenities such as a TV, fridge, and water heater. there is a safe bolted down for added security.
The hotel is in an area where construction is taking place, which can result in some noise disturbances.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of the city. The location was ideal, just a stone's throw away from the bustling markets and surrounded by plenty of eateries. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the room I stayed in was spacious and had two comfortable master beds. I was kinda surprised to find a bathtub in the room, which added a luxurious touch to my stay. The staff were friendly and were great too assist me, even helping me with my heavy luggage upon arrival. the hotel provided free tea in the lobby waiting area, a nice gesture while I waited for my taxi.

The beds were comfortable and the AC was very good. The room was also quiet. The hotel was conveniently located, just a short walk from the famous market and there were plenty of restaurants and mini marts nearby.
The pictures were deceiving and the room did not meet our expectations. There were cockroaches and moths in the room, and the floor was uneven and separated in some areas.
